A perfect summer day greeted Katie and Alex’s Connors Center wedding in Dover, MA. I had walked the grounds with Katie and her mom a couple of months ago, and we made a plan for using this amazing space. There are so many gorgeous spaces here!
We started the day with some details, then met the guys for groomsmen and family photos before Katie got into her dress.
Next, we used the library for Alex’s photo. Then moved towards the gorgeous stone stairs that created a perfect backdrop for photographs of the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and family photos.
Photographing the transition moments; everyone moving around from one event to another is such a great opportunity to capture personal moments as well as some additional architectural details throughout the building.
After Katie and Alex’s ceremony we returned to the Connors Center. Light at that time was beautiful in the front of the building. The hydrangeas in front were just blooming and absolutely stunning! We used them for a backdrop for bridal party photos. How amazing are those blue dresses against the pink and grey? Love it!
Katie, Alex, and I walked over to St. Cecilia’s garden for photos of just the two of them. When we had the walkthrough of the property, Katie mentioned the stone pillars as something she really liked. They truly are gorgeous. I photographed the pillars – and greenery around them – from both sides to create completely different images of the couple.

Check out the details in this tent! Absolutely amazing. I had never seen greenery that hung vertically from the center posts, and really loved it. It added so much softness without being overwhelming or interrupting the guests views of each other or the tent ambiance. Finally it was time for guests to enter and enjoy!
