These moments throughout the day are not influenced by me, set up, or posed. They show truth, emotion, and connection between couples and families. Moments that capture my attention and camera lens can be loud, laughing celebrations, romantic and soft, or sometimes even solemn. Telling the story of your wedding day means bringing all of that back to you as you look at the images.
Most often I chose to present photojournalistic moments in black and white. It enhances light and eliminates distractions. Black and white images also make moments feel more timeless and honest.
Some of my favorite images in this category happen during the chaos of getting ready, the authenticity of the ceremony, and all of fun of the reception!
My ideal clients are those that respond to this particular genre. However, each client’s wedding day is a combination of moments and classic, beautiful portraits. {view portrait portfolio}
