Hannah and Jarred contacted me over a year ago to talk about their Camp Bourndale<\/a> wedding. \u00a0After chatting away for two hours I knew we were a great match for wedding photography! \u00a0They were looking for someone to capture lots of candid moments and the energy of their day. \u00a0Every detail they told me about was so sweet and thoughtful.<\/p>\n

Last summer I photographed\u00a0Hannah and Jarred’s\u00a0Borderland State Park engagement session<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0I just loved how excited they both were as they told me about the details of the wedding. \u00a0Lots of friends and a focus on celebration!<\/p>\n

The wedding day began with photographing the groomsmen. \u00a0We made sure to get a photograph of the 22 tattoo that guided the wedding date to April 22. \u00a0Then it was off to the bride’s home to see the girls, details, and bride getting ready! \u00a0Not to be left out, the family dog also\u00a0got dressed up for the occasion!<\/p>\n

The wedding ceremony was held at St. Mary’s Church in North Attleboro, MA. \u00a0I know this church and the wonderful Father Dave well. \u00a0It’s always a treat to get to work with him! \u00a0St. Mary’s just installed new lighting, which I was nervous about at first, however\u00a0truly it looks so wonderful in photographs. \u00a0 I also love this church because I get permission to sneak around photograph the bride and groom’s faces as they sit and kneel facing the altar. \u00a0Hannah and Jarred had some really sweet, funny moments that I caught from that angle. \u00a0\"st-marys-north-attleboro-church-wedding-flowergirls\" \"st-marys-church-wedding-bride-and-dad-walking-down-aisle\" \"st-marys-church-wedding-bride-and-dad-walking-down-aisle\" \"bride-and-groom-st-marys-north-attleboro-wedding-ceremony\" \"happy-laughting-bride-and-groom-catholic-wedding\" \"st-marys-north-attleboro-wedding-ceremony-bridesmaids\" \"st-marys-north-attleboro-wedding-ceremony-overall\" \"bride-and-groom-looking-at-rings-during-wedding-ceremony\" \"st-marys-north-attleboro-wedding-day\" \"st-marys-church-wedding-ceremony-guests\" \"st-marys-church-weddingfirst-kiss\" \"st-marys-church-wedding-ceremony-recession\" \"esiting-st-marys-church-north-attleboro-wedding\" \"st-marys-church-north-attleboro-bride-and-groom-exiting\" \"bride-and-groom-smiling-just-married\"<\/p>\n

That face upon exiting was because this fireman his new wife had a surprise waiting for them. \u00a0A firetruck was parked outside the church, waiting to whisk\u00a0them away! \u00a0 I followed suit, hopped in, and we had an impromptu ride around town.\"north-attleboro-wedding-firetruck-bride-and-groom\" \"north-attleboro-wedding-bride-and-groom-in-firetruck\" \"north-attleboro-wedding-bride-and-groom-firetruck-kiss\" \"fireman-gets-married-north-attleboro-ma\"<\/p>\n

Finally, it was off to their Camp Bourndale wedding reception! \u00a0While we drove, the rain began to fall. \u00a0Inside the reception was 200 guests enjoying a wonderful cocktail hour. \u00a0Space was limited and I convinced the family and bridal party to take photos outside and brave the chilly raindrops. \u00a0I owe them all a huge thank you saying yes! \u00a0A hectic, chilly, slightly chaotic situation led to the group having a blast and their smiles show it!<\/p>\n

\"camp-bourndale-wedding-family-photos\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-in-the-rain\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-bridesmaids\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-groomsmen\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-groomsmen-laughing-in-the-rain\"Finally, it was time for photos of the bride and groom. \u00a0We were a little behind in the schedule, and thanks to mother nature extremely chilly and very wet! \u00a0The plan\u00a0of exploring the grounds out the window completely. \u00a0At the end of the day, I had just 4\u00a0minutes to photograph them alone. \u00a0If you are planning a wedding\u00a0you probably know to leave about\u00a045 minutes. \u00a0Isn’t it nice to know, though, that when necessary you CAN get a selection of beautiful wedding day portraits in under 5? \u00a0 Hannah and Jarred were already having a great time (though chilly!) and their smiles made it\u00a0work!\"camp-bourndale-wedding-bride-groom\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-bride-and-groom\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-in-the-rain\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-umbrella-black-and-white\"<\/p>\n

The reception began with sweet toasts from family and friends. \u00a0The rest of the evening guests packed the dancefloor! \u00a0The band was incredible. \u00a0Absolutely bumped to my favorites list (when I get the website I will link it here)!\"camp-bourndale-wedding-detail\"\"camp-bourndale-wedding-toast\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception-toast-bride-and-groom-laughin\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-toast-hugs\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-father-daughter-dance\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-father-daughter-dance\"<\/p>\n

One more surprise for the bride and groom. \u00a0A flash mob! \u00a0Their parents and friends organized it and did a great job! \u00a0I love the brides expressions as she is watching with her bridesmaids.\u00a0\"camp-bourndale-wedding-flash-mob\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-flash-mob-reaction\"\"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception-dancing-grandma\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception-band\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception-family-hug\" \"camp-bourndale-wedding-reception-guests-dancing\"<\/p>\n

The sparkler exit marked the end of the reception inside. \u00a0The party outside, however, was just heating up! \u00a0Hannah, Jarred, and\u00a0I snuck over for a couple of last portraits\u00a0by the bonfire. \u00a0Things were heating up again with s’mores, food trucks, and a party on the lake when I left!<\/p>\n
