Wedding receptions at the Lord Thompson Manor really are on their own level of magical romance! I was drawn to all of the patio lights and really wanted to include them in this couples's nighttime wedding photos. After walking around the outside of the manor, I scouted this sweet spot where I could light the bride and groom and balance that with the incredible glow coming from dozens of candles inside. The cherub statue is a cute addition to the image too!
Nighttime wedding photos are always a great thing to make time for. They are so romantic, often more relaxed, and give a great visual ending to the story for wedding albums. I also enjoy the opportunity to be more creative with lighting and make images that have a completely different feel than the earlier-in-the-day wedding photos.
Ask your wedding photographer to go outside after dark to make a little magic!
