Businesses on Block Island, Rhode Island have a unique challenge in that their community is made up of full-time residents, part-time residents, and many people who love the island as a vacation destination. Communication to a wide variety of clients and customers in an effective manor includes effective business photography. While there are photographers on Block Island, I have happily traveled on the Block Island Ferry for photography jobs on the island. Once you get the hang of it, Block Island is very easy to get around and a lovely place to visit. The high--speed ferry from Newport means that my commute time is the same as traveling to one of our local major cities - except I get to sneak a treat at Aldos Bakery (one block from the RI ferry docks) or jump on the free Champlin's shuttle to grab lunch on the other side of the island!
