OK this has to be among Boston's Best wedding photos! You've got it all here - amazingly sweet couple, intense blue sky, green building, warm glow coming from the windows and a bonus reflection of the city skyline!
If you are looking for images like this, the key is to plan ahead. Your photographer, entertainment (DJ/Band), caterer, and any venue staff need to be aware that this is the plan, and what the timing is. I am happy to do this and we'll decide how and when during our pre-wedding planning meeting (this happens about a month before your wedding day).
The best nighttime images are made during twilight. The sky should still have some glow to it (even if it cannot be seen by the naked eye) with any visible interior lights balancing out the intensity. This image also had an additional off-camera light that I used on the camera right to light their hands and faces.
