Corporate Photography Pricing 2025
I am happy to provide a written proposal that reflects your specific assignments's requirements. Typically projects range in scope on a single assignment, especially if we are working towards a website redesign or a library of images for your social media. Proposals are good for sessions that are within 60 days. The final invoice will only change if my contact changes the scope of the photography or deliverables changes (additional or fewer headshots, or additional time for events, for instance). Contact the studio for your customized quote.
All corporate work is net 30. A W-2 is available upon request.
Business head shots and GROUPS
Business portraits and headshots start at $375 for the first person, which includes lighting and set-up. Additional people start at $175/ea. Editing and print/web-ready delivery via download in jpeg format is included. There are discounts for 25+ headshots on the same day, same location, with a backdrop.
Groups depend on the size of the group and necessary lighting and equipment needed. Groups start at $425.
Pricing will vary for environmental portraiture, where we are truly customizing for each subject. I'm happy to put together a quote for you and your team!
Corporate events
From early on in my professional career I covered everything from multi-day conferences, speakers, events, ground breakings, and important company networking hours. These events require professionalism, discretion, and extremely quick turn-around. I am happy to provide all of that, including a complete set of edited, web-ready and share-worthy jpeg files. I am happy to add your logo or work with web designers to create the image sizes you need.
Corporate event photography includes location scouting if necessary, setup, time on location, editing, and delivery of fully edited print and web-ready jpeg files within 7 days. Coverage starts at $425/hour, 2-hour minimum for event coverage with standard turn around time.

business branding
Creating custom images to compliment your branding and enhance your online presence builds credibility and introduces you to new clients. I work with artists, small businesses, and large corporations to build a collection of images that reflect your product and company values. This can include environmental portraits, interiors, candids, events, exteriors, groups shots, or behind the scenes images for artist and craftspeople. I am happy to help you develop a plan for images use, including working with your web designer before and after the shoot.
Because of the wide scope of these projects, please contact the studio for a custom quote. Projects range from $1600-$10k+
Charitable Donations
I photograph a limited number of events for 501(c)3 organizations throughout the year. Dates can be requested at any time, though during the busy season of June through November, I can only confirm availability 30 days in advance. Please email the studio and let me know about your organization and event! I love being an active part of my community and am happy to give back to local organizations.
